Selected products sold by Australian Evolution include either a 2-Year Limited Warranty or a 5-Year Limited Warranty, depending on the product purchased. Warranty coverage periods are clearly stated on applicable product pages.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use during the applicable warranty period.
This may include:
β’ Manufacturing defects
β’ Faulty stitching or zippers
β’ Structural defects
β’ Faults affecting normal intended use of the product
If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, we may offer:
β’ A replacement product
β’ Replacement parts
β’ Store credit
β’ A repair where applicable
β’ A refund where required under Australian Consumer Law
All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Our warranty does not cover:
β’ General wear and tear
β’ Accidental damage
β’ Damage caused by misuse or improper care
β’ Improper storage or handling
β’ Commercial or non-household use
β’ Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
β’ Damage caused by pets, liquids, mould, stains, or external factors
β’ Changes in comfort preference over time
Warranty coverage applies only to faults resulting from normal intended use of the product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This warranty operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

β’ Clear photos or videos showing the fault
Our team may request additional information to help assess the claim.
Claims are typically reviewed within 2β5 days.
If your claim is approved, Australian Evolution may choose to:
β’ Repair the product
β’ Replace the product
β’ Provide replacement components
β’ Offer store credit
β’ Provide a refund where appropriate
The resolution provided will depend on the nature of the fault, product availability, and obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Australian Evolution reserves the right to decline warranty claims where:
β’ The product has been intentionally damaged
β’ The product has been used outside its intended purpose
β’ The fault is caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care
β’ Proof of purchase cannot be provided
