A message to you

We know you are excited to get your Australian Evolution order, and we are too! That is why we make every effort to ensure that the delivery is completed as soon as possible, so that you receive your items as soon as possible.

Some of our products are located and shipped from within Australia, while others are shipped from China. Which of our warehouses we ship your products from can vary based on stock levels and demand. For full transparency, our products are not made in Australia and are generally made in China with the exception of a selected few, this ensures you get the best products at the best possible prices.

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend during holiday seasons and public holidays and weekends. 

Shipping Times 

Australia: You will typically receive your order within 2 – 8 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers.

NZ: You will typically receive your order within 2 – 8 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers.

UK: You will typically receive your order within 3 – 10 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers.

USA: You will typically receive your order within 3 – 10 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers.

If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This doesn’t occur often but can during busy periods and after public holidays, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. Shipping Options Available

At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose from the following two delivery methods:

  2. Fast & FREE Shipping + Shipping Protection ($2 AUD)
     ✔ Includes all the benefits of our free shipping
     ✔ Adds coverage for lost or damaged parcels
     ✔ Recommended for extra peace of mind during peak periods

These are the only shipping options we currently offer — we do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time. We aim to be fully transparent and keep our shipping process simple, secure, and fair.

We also offer fast and free delivery to Australia, UK and the United States on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.

If you need to contact us about your order, please email us via our Contact Us page with your order number to ensure we are speaking to the right person. One of our friendly team members will respond within 24 – 48 hours.

Address Accuracy & Incorrect Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete, accurate, and up to date. This includes the correct unit number, street number, street name, suburb, state, and postcode.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we are unable to change or redirect the delivery address. If an order is shipped using the address details provided by the customer and is delivered incorrectly, delayed, returned to sender, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information, Australian Evolution cannot be held liable.

In these circumstances:
• The order is considered successfully dispatched
• Any replacement or reshipment will be at the customer’s expense
• Refunds are not available for parcels delivered or lost due to incorrect address details supplied at checkout

If an order is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address, we are happy to arrange reshipment once the correct address is confirmed. A reshipping fee will apply to cover handling and postage costs.

We strongly recommend customers carefully review their shipping details before completing their purchase to avoid delays or delivery issues. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. While we will always do our best to assist before dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Please note that whilst most of our products are stored and shipped from Australia, only a selected few are made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure you get your useful products at affordable prices.
